## Buying & pricing

### What is AmericaProxies?

AmericaProxies is a US and Canada proxy provider: residential IPs with state, city, ZIP and ASN targeting, plus dedicated T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon 4G/5G mobile ports. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. AmericaProxies is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019, and it sells to individuals, agencies and small teams. Residential plans start with a 1 GB test plan at $1.50. A plan above $1 is paid at its exact price; a smaller plan is paid from a $1 minimum top-up, and the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. The [About page](https://americaproxies.com/about/ "About AmericaProxies: a US and Canada Proxy Provider") explains what AmericaProxies sells, where its IPs come from and which rules apply.

### Why is it called AmericaProxies if it also covers Canada?

AmericaProxies is a US-first brand: the United States is its main market, with 51 state pages, and Canada is its second market. Canadian residential proxies still offer country, city and ASN targeting (city availability varies), and Canadian 4G/5G ports run on Rogers, Bell and TELUS. See [Canada residential proxies](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/canada/ "Canada Residential Proxy: Cities and ASNs, No KYC") and [Canada mobile proxies](https://americaproxies.com/mobile-proxies/canada/ "Canada Mobile Proxy (4G/5G) on Rogers, Bell or TELUS") for local details.

### How much do AmericaProxies proxies cost?

As of October 2026, AmericaProxies residential proxies cost $1.50 for 1 GB and drop to $0.52/GB on the 1 TB (1,000 GB) plan. A plan above $1 is paid at its exact price; a smaller plan is paid from a $1 minimum top-up, and the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. A dedicated US 4G/5G port costs $3.75/day, or $45 for 30 days. Rotating mobile traffic starts at $1.50/GB. All prices are in USD, and the [pricing page](https://americaproxies.com/pricing/ "US Proxy Prices: Residential, 5G Ports and Mobile per GB") lists every tier.

### Is there a free trial?

No free trial — test with the 1 GB plan, which costs more than the minimum top-up and is paid at its exact price. That plan costs $1.50 and includes the same state, city, ZIP and ASN targeting as larger plans. For mobile, the shortest dedicated port is the 1 day pass at $3.75. Both let you test your own targets before you buy volume on the [pricing page](https://americaproxies.com/pricing/ "US Proxy Prices: Residential, 5G Ports and Mobile per GB").

### Does unused residential traffic expire?

No. Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them, so one large plan can serve several projects over time. Dedicated mobile ports work differently: they are billed by time, for 1 day, 7 days or 30 days. For comparison, SOAX says its sandbox and monthly credits expire after 60 days (as of October 2026). See [residential proxies](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/ "US Residential Proxies: Rotating and Sticky USA IPs, No KYC") for plan details.

### Does state, city, ZIP or ASN targeting cost extra?

No. Every AmericaProxies residential plan includes state, city, ZIP code and ASN targeting at the same price per GB, from the 1 GB plan upward. By comparison, DataImpulse lists $1 per GB and says its state, city, ZIP and ASN targeting is "offered for a small extra fee" (checked 2026-10-05). The [ZIP code targeting page](https://americaproxies.com/targeting/zip-code/ "Residential Proxy by ZIP Code: US City and ZIP Targeting on Every Plan") shows the syntax.

## Payment & crypto

### Which cryptocurrencies does AmericaProxies accept?

AmericaProxies accepts seven coins: BTC, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20, ETH, LTC, SOL and XMR. The [pay-with-crypto page](https://americaproxies.com/pay-with-crypto/ "Buy US Proxies with Bitcoin or USDT: Residential and 5G, No KYC") lists each network and the confirmations it needs.

### Is there a minimum payment, and what happens to unused balance?

Yes. You top up your AmericaProxies balance in crypto with at least $1, then buy any of our plans from it. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. Prices are in US dollars, and the [pricing page](https://americaproxies.com/pricing/ "US Proxy Prices: Residential, 5G Ports and Mobile per GB") lists every tier you can buy from your balance. One balance covers every product: residential traffic, dedicated 4G/5G ports and rotating mobile.

### How fast are proxies delivered after payment?

Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. On-chain payments wait for network confirmations, and the number needed differs by coin and network. The [pay-with-crypto page](https://americaproxies.com/pay-with-crypto/ "Buy US Proxies with Bitcoin or USDT: Residential and 5G, No KYC") lists the confirmations for each network, and the [getting-started guide](https://americaproxies.com/guides/getting-started/ "Getting Started with AmericaProxies US Proxies (2026)") covers your first connection.

### Are prices in US dollars, and can I pay with a stablecoin?

Yes to both. Every AmericaProxies price is set in US dollars, including prices for Canadian locations. You can pay with USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, or with USDC on ERC-20. Both stablecoins track the US dollar, so their value moves little between the invoice and the payment. See [pricing](https://americaproxies.com/pricing/ "US Proxy Prices: Residential, 5G Ports and Mobile per GB") for every USD tier.

## How payment works

1. **Top up $1 or more** — Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XMR). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
2. **Send it to the address shown, on the exact network** — The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin, XMR on Monero. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
3. **Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”** — Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how we find your payment and link it to your account.
4. **Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain** — Your balance is credited once we have checked the transaction on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation times:
5. **One balance for every product** — If you started from a plan, the top-up is its exact price (or the minimum, for a smaller plan): the plan is bought as soon as the top-up is credited, and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any product — residential, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile — paid instantly.

| Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| USD Coin (USDC) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | 1 | ≈ 1 min |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | 6 | ≈ 15 min |
| Monero (XMR) | Monero | 10 | ≈ 20 min |

Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.

## KYC & policy

### Do I need to verify my identity to buy proxies?

No ID, selfie or company document is needed for any AmericaProxies product: residential traffic, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile. Account-number login; email is optional. Some large providers now run company checks: Bright Data's Residential network requires company KYC for zones created after July 7, 2026 (as of October 2026). The [no-KYC policy](https://americaproxies.com/no-kyc/ "US Proxies Without KYC: Which Providers Don't Require ID Verification?") explains what AmericaProxies keeps.

### Why does AmericaProxies not ask for KYC?

AmericaProxies keeps signup simple for privacy and speed, because many individuals and small teams have no company documents to show. No KYC still comes with rules. Every account follows the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://americaproxies.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable Use Policy"), risky targets are blocked, and abuse leads to termination. AmericaProxies also holds less personal data as a result, as the [privacy policy](https://americaproxies.com/privacy/ "Privacy Policy") shows.

### Which targets are blocked on AmericaProxies proxies?

Blocked on every AmericaProxies product: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. The block covers residential IPs, dedicated 4G/5G ports and rotating mobile traffic. It removes the targets most often tied to payment fraud and spam. Repeated attempts to reach blocked targets can lead to suspension under the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://americaproxies.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable Use Policy").

### Is it legal to use a US or Canadian proxy?

Using a proxy is generally legal in the US and Canada; what matters is the use. Site terms, anti-hacking law and anti-spam law still apply to traffic sent through a proxy. AmericaProxies supports uses such as public-data collection, local SEO tracking, ad verification and price monitoring. This is not legal advice; see the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://americaproxies.com/acceptable-use/ "Acceptable Use Policy").

### What data does AmericaProxies keep about me?

We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. If you choose to add an email address, AmericaProxies keeps it for account messages and login help. AmericaProxies never asks for ID documents, selfies or a home address. The [privacy policy](https://americaproxies.com/privacy/ "Privacy Policy") explains why each item is kept and how to ask for a copy or for deletion.

### Where do AmericaProxies's IPs come from?

AmericaProxies resells bandwidth from established partner networks and does not run its own residential device network. It sets requirements for partners, such as keeping botnet traffic out, and states openly what it cannot check itself. The 2026 seizure of NetNut showed why this matters. The [sourcing page](https://americaproxies.com/sourcing/ "Where Do AmericaProxies's US IPs Come From?") gives the details and a checklist for judging any provider.

## Targeting

### Which US states and cities can I target?

AmericaProxies residential proxies cover all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.. The site has 51 state pages and 30 city pages, from [New York City](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/united-states/new-york/new-york-city/ "New York City, NY Residential Proxies: ZIP & Neighborhood Targeting, No KYC") to [Los Angeles](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/united-states/california/los-angeles/ "Los Angeles, CA Residential Proxies: ZIP & Neighborhood Targeting, No KYC") and [Houston](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/united-states/texas/houston/ "Houston, TX Residential Proxies: ZIP & Neighborhood Targeting, No KYC"). Add `state-` and `city-` segments to your username to pick a place. Start at the [US residential proxies](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/ "US Residential Proxies: Rotating and Sticky USA IPs, No KYC").

### How does ZIP code targeting work?

ZIP code targeting picks IPs geolocated to one five-digit US ZIP code. Add a segment such as `zip-10001` (Chelsea, Manhattan) or `zip-90028` (Hollywood) to your username; no separate plan is needed. A ZIP filter draws on fewer IPs than a city filter, so test it on a small plan first. The [ZIP code targeting guide](https://americaproxies.com/targeting/zip-code/ "Residential Proxy by ZIP Code: US City and ZIP Targeting on Every Plan") has full examples.

### What is ASN targeting, and which ISPs can I choose?

ASN targeting picks IPs from one internet provider's network, identified by its AS number. RIPEstat lists AS7922 as Comcast, AS20115 as Charter (Spectrum), AS7018 as AT&T and AS22773 as Cox. Add `asn-7922` to your username for Comcast home IPs. Results depend on the IPs online on that network. The [ASN targeting page](https://americaproxies.com/targeting/asn/ "US Residential Proxies with ASN and ISP Targeting: Comcast, Spectrum, AT&T") lists more holders.

### Can I target Canada, Puerto Rico or other countries?

Yes. AmericaProxies residential proxies cover Canada with country, city and ASN targeting (city availability varies); use `country-ca` plus a segment such as `city-montreal`. Puerto Rico has its own [Puerto Rico residential proxies page](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/puerto-rico/ "Puerto Rico Residential Proxies: Country Targeting, No KYC"). Other countries are available at checkout. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. Start with [Canada residential proxies](https://americaproxies.com/residential-proxies/canada/ "Canada Residential Proxy: Cities and ASNs, No KYC") for Canadian ISPs and cities.

## Mobile 4G/5G

### Which carriers do AmericaProxies mobile proxies use?

AmericaProxies dedicated mobile ports in the US run on T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon; Canadian ports run on Rogers, Bell and TELUS. Dedicated ports are subject to stock per country and carrier; the checkout lists the carriers in stock. If we cannot deliver your port within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance. Network type: 4G LTE or 5G, depending on carrier coverage at the modem location. RIPEstat lists T-Mobile USA under AS21928 and AT&T Mobility under AS20057. Each US carrier has its own page: [T-Mobile](https://americaproxies.com/mobile-proxies/united-states/t-mobile/ "T-Mobile Proxy USA: Dedicated 4G/5G Port, No KYC"), [AT&T](https://americaproxies.com/mobile-proxies/united-states/att/ "AT&T Proxy USA: Dedicated 4G/5G Mobile Port, No KYC") and [Verizon](https://americaproxies.com/mobile-proxies/united-states/verizon/ "Verizon Proxy USA: Dedicated 4G/5G Port on Cellco, No KYC").

### What is the difference between a dedicated port and rotating mobile per GB?

A dedicated port is one 4G/5G modem reserved for you and billed by time, from $3.75/day. Data rule: Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale. Per-GB mobile traffic rotates through many carrier IPs and costs from $1.50/GB. Choose a port for one stable IP, and per-GB traffic for many IPs. The [mobile proxies page](https://americaproxies.com/mobile-proxies/ "USA Mobile Proxies (4G/5G) on T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon") compares both.

### How do I change the IP on a mobile port?

New IP on demand by rotation link or API call, at most once every 30 seconds. On 7-day and 30-day ports, you can also set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time. The rotation call uses this address: `https://americaproxies.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY`, with your port number and API key filled in. Each call asks the modem for a new carrier IP. Because carriers use CGNAT, the new IP may be shared with other subscribers. The [mobile IP rotation guide](https://americaproxies.com/guides/rotate-mobile-ip/ "How to Rotate the IP on a US 4G/5G Mobile Proxy") explains each step.

## Technical

### How do I connect to the AmericaProxies gateway?

Point your tool at `gw.americaproxies.com`, port 7777 for HTTP and HTTPS or port 7778 for SOCKS5. Enter the username and password from your dashboard, then add targeting segments to the username. A quick first test is a curl request to an IP-echo service. The [getting-started guide](https://americaproxies.com/guides/getting-started/ "Getting Started with AmericaProxies US Proxies (2026)") walks through curl, Python and Node.

### Can I keep the same IP for a while?

Yes. A sticky session keeps one IP for up to 30 minutes, set per session with the ttl parameter; the IP can change earlier. Add `session-` with any ID you choose, plus `ttl-` with the minutes, for example `session-shop1-ttl-30`. A residential IP can still drop early if its home connection goes offline, so add retries to your code. The [Python guide for US proxies](https://americaproxies.com/guides/python-us-proxies/ "Use US Proxies in Python: requests, httpx, Scrapy and Playwright") covers sessions.

### Which protocols does AmericaProxies support?

AmericaProxies supports HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. HTTP and HTTPS use port 7777, and SOCKS5 uses port 7778, on the same host. Most scrapers, browsers and HTTP libraries work with either. AmericaProxies does not advertise UDP, OpenVPN or WireGuard support, so plan around TCP-based tools. The [proxy glossary](https://americaproxies.com/glossary/ "Proxy Glossary: 39 Terms for US and Canada Proxy Users") explains HTTP CONNECT and SOCKS5.

### How fast and reliable are AmericaProxies proxies?

AmericaProxies publishes no speed or uptime figure, because it has not yet measured one it can stand behind. Real speed varies with the home or mobile connection behind each IP, your target's location and your filters. Narrow filters, such as one ZIP code, draw on fewer IPs. Test your own targets on the 1 GB plan, and check [service status](https://americaproxies.com/status/ "AmericaProxies Service Status") for incidents.

## Refunds & support

### Can I get a refund?

Yes, in defined cases. Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Refunds are credited to your AmericaProxies balance, not paid out in crypto; the only exception: the part added only to reach the $1 minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Accounts closed for abuse under the Acceptable Use Policy get no refund. The [refund policy](https://americaproxies.com/refunds/ "Refund Policy") explains how to ask and what to include.

### How do I contact support or report abuse?

Email support@americaproxies.com for support (Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week). Report abuse from a AmericaProxies IP to abuse@americaproxies.com. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Include the IP address, the time with its time zone and the target affected. There is no phone line and no chat on social networks. The [contact page](https://americaproxies.com/contact/ "Contact AmericaProxies: Support and Abuse Reports") lists what each message should contain.

### What if I lose my account number?

Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you added an email, write to support@americaproxies.com from that address. Never send your proxy password by email. The [contact page](https://americaproxies.com/contact/ "Contact AmericaProxies: Support and Abuse Reports") has more login help.

### Will AmericaProxies ever ask for my account number?

No. We never ask for your account number by email or chat. Your account number is your login, so treat it like a password. Support answers from support@americaproxies.com only (Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week). If a message asks for your account number, ignore it and report it to abuse@americaproxies.com.

**Still have a question?** Email support@americaproxies.com (Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week) or compare every plan side by side. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.
